    I only buy plain dark chocolate that has at least 75% cocoa solids. However 85% can sometimes taste a bit bitter.

    I don't mind. The stronger the better. Same with tea and coffee.

    Chicken in creamy butter and white pepper sauce. With broccolli, sweetcorn and new spuds with butter & parsley.
