    Our 9 year old Grandson is a Parmesan fan. He loves it grated on chips and roast potatoes. No idea where he got that from ?

    Good luck with the Hospital visit. Never a pleasant experience.

    Got a new Lidl opened up in Haverhill, around 25 minutes away. What a fantastic place..

    theres a big one at livingston just 2 mins from hospital so I go there on way back.

    I like marmite on roasties, after they are parboiled use a fork to fluff up the spuds and incorporate the marmite, then into the oven as normal.
