Well I've had chicken a couple of times this week, so maybe I'll do something with king prawns and mushrooms. Might bung a few cashews in too. Shame I can't get water chestnuts or bamboo shoots locally. Got some wicked Chinese Chilli though, only need a tiny bit!Originally Posted by Marco

My Chinese style meal.
Prawns, mushrooms and cashews quick fried and glazed with sweet Chilli sauce. Stir fried mixed veg with various flavourings. Vegetable noodles, also seasoned. Plus egg fried rice. I cheated with the rice, it was a ready made chilled pack (not frozen).
I've made similar meals before, it's going to be yummy!
