had rest of roast for lunch. this is pork steaks cut up. potatoes, leaks, onions. gravy from the roast, herbs and tomato. leave it to slow cook and tenderize now.

a little arrowroot did the job. probably have it tomorrow as im not on song today, but had a wee cooks tester.. very nice and it will be better tomorrow as you sayNah, it'll thicken naturally if you leave it to stand for a while, and let the flavours infuse.
