A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

Sirloin steak - medium rare. Boiled potatoes, sautéed onions, garlic and red peppers, broccoli and a swede and carrot mash.

2014 Chateau La Clide, Saint Émilion Grand Cru.
Have you listened to this month's choice in the Album Club?

Going to do in the rest of those chicken goujons I think. With the rice noodles again to bulk it out a bit. Is there a way to make rice noodles taste of something? I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas.

Looks great, Grant! Is that a pic of your own food though, or one you've just plucked from the 'net?

More seriously, mate, are you feeling any different or better since your recent change of diet?

    Marco.
