Have you considered building your own Robert? I do, quite enjoy doing it.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Indeed even any replacement shed will mean me breaking down the old one, loading skip etc - why do everything when you're already doing plenty

Last year we had an 8' x 6' shed installed. It cost ~ £400 from a specialist company near Marks Tey in Essex.

I assume you are looking for a supplier nearer to home. I would avoid anything sold in B&Q; in my opinion the quality in general is usually poor, and ultimately will turn out to be poor value for money.

Hi Barry, thanks for the info.
I'm in the south east of London so Essex not a million miles away.
Was the £400 for supply and fit and are you happy with the shed quality and install ?

    The company is called

    Shed Centre
    Flyover Nurseries,
    Coggeshall Road
    Marks Tey CO6 1LJ

    shedcentre@btinternet.com
    www.shedcentremarkstey.co.uk

Having just dug out the invoice, I see that the total cost including delivery and erection was £544, but that included 5 off 6' floor bearers (to lift the floor and provide a gap between the floor and the concrete base), and the use of heavy duty felt for the roof.

We are very happy with both the quality shed and the professionalism of the installation team.

yes I bought a shed last year from these guys . beautifully built . there is so much trash around . shiplap made and great roof with decent felt

the only fly in the ointment was they put it up while I was not there . can you believe at 7.15 am by climbing over the fence !!

apart from that its great and I hope to get another later this year for another place
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down
