Default Yet again, another Squeezbox related question!

Swapped my iPad yesterday, not that I believe it's significant, but I now have an iPad Air 2,
RE downloaded everything on to it, and here's where the problem is.

When it comes to trying to select the player on iPeng, it just will not play ball!

It's shown as being there, but will not respond to anything, and just stays on the iPad player, which of course I do not want.

Any thoughts please boys and girl?

I have found that sometimes a full delete of any existing SBT software is required. I don't know if that is significant but the Squeezebox forums are probably your best bet if not.
Main system: Sony TTS8000; AT1010; Audio Technica Art1; The Lentek; Cambridge 851n, Yamaha NS1000.

Would a suggestion to stop buggering about swapping stuff be ignored?

Go and talk with the folks at the Apple Store.
It could be an IOS/version issue.
    It's probably an IOS/version issue.

Finally managed to get it to see the player.
Seriously considering getting the Pioneer N50 if it stops all this arsing about, or a Sonos Connect.

What was it causing the problem?

Absolutely no idea, which is so frustrating!

The 'choose player' box was there, but was not responding at all, i.e. Nothing happened at all when touched.

I'd even factory reset the SBT, re scanned etc, and then all of a sudden, it was showing the correct player.

I've dragged this over from your other current thread, and I'm in agreement with Will.
I have also mentioned on more than one occasion to you that the embedded server in the Touch is not up to much, and running server on a separate device would be less problematic.
Sounds a bit like an "I told you so", doesn't it?
It's not meant to, but it comes across that way.

I stopped using my SBT a while ago and my NAS more recently. I run LMS using Picoreplayer on a Raspberry Pi attached to a 512GB SSD containing all my music and I can use Spotify Premium. I control it from my phone using Squeeze Control and it synchs nicely with my SB Radio. It works a treat.
    Cheers
