    Default Hello from Italy

    Hi all from Italy.
I’m music and hi-fi lover since the mid ‘70s (I’m 55 years old).

I currently own the following main system:
    - Bauer DPS2 turntable with Wilson Benesch ACT 0.5 tonearm and Transfiguration Aria cartridge
    - Norma IPA 140 integrated amplifier
    - Aurion Audio phono stage
    - Avalon Avatar speakers
    - Meridian G98 cd player
    - Gold Note DAC7 with PSU9

I like analog devices, so other turntables and cartridges are available in my collection (Thorens TD124, Transcriptor Hydraulic Reference, Pioneer PL600x, Transfiguration Spirit, Micro Acoustics MA630, ADC XLM mkII, …).
Furthermore some vintage stuff fill my attic and sometimes replace the above list (AR11, AR4x, Sonus Faber Minima FM2, Musical Fidelity A1, Pioneer SA8100, Marantz 3200/140, Revox G36, …).

    Cheers.
    Antonino

ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

There is a lot going on here, so take a look around and please join in any chat that appeals to you.

    Enjoy the forum,

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Thank you very much.
I like jazz, rock and classic music.
For the next future I have to decide if looking for a new plinth or selling my Thorens Td124.

We have a few TD124 users here. Start a thread in the Past Masters section and ask any questions you may have, I'm sure you'll get useful opinions.
