Default FS: Cambridge 540p phono and an NVA 50 passive pre-amp

These two items have been in my system up until a recent acquisition means they are now surplus to requirements.

It was my intention to advertise them on eBay and I still may do that, but before doing so I thought it would be worth advertising them on here.

They don't necessarily come as a pair and I will be happy to sell separately.

This post is a little premature as I'm not certain what price I will be asking for them, I mainly wanted to see if there was any interest on the forum and if not I'd resort to eBay.
So if anyone has a space in their system that either of these would plug, please let me know.

In the meantime I'll take some photos to upload and decide an asking price.

They both come in their original boxes and in the case of the Cambridge it has the transformer/power supply.

The last photo shows one slight scratch on the upper left side of the case.

Slight scratch to left side of central LED (on) light. The four rubber feet are all intact however it does rock as the front left-hand foot is slightly shallower than others. Because it has three of equal depth the phono stands level.

I am looking for £125 for the NVA and £40 for the Cambridge 540p MM phono, both plus postage costs.

I'd stand by for the flying squad/stasi to kick your front door, you need pics and a price!

Despite photos and prices it has gone very quiet ............ maybe not the best time to be selling (just before a Bank Holiday).

They've only been on here a day. Sales usually take a little while.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Fair enough - I'm not in any rush.

I had some other photos but the light must have been 'wrong' and the NVA provided a very nice mirror image of me grimacing with the camera. I thought it best not to use them

Is the P50 of the stepped variety or the basic?

    Dave
I like everything really. From the britpop bands like UB40 right back to classic rock, like Wings. They're only the band the Beatles could have been.
