    Hello,

I love music and audio equipment. I use to have a set of Cary mono-block amps with preamp. I down-sized to a CREEK integrated. I am currently trying to decide whether I should restore a JBE turntable with a series 3 tonearm or just get a new one.

    Hello Thomas. Welcome to AOS.

Down sizing to a Creek amplifier is not necessarily a downgrade, as I suspect you may be finding. Creek amps can sound very fine.

Our own 'struth' (Grant) moderator uses a JBE Slate turntable and should be able to give you a decent opinion on that.

Tell us what music you like and what other equipment you have in your system.

There's plenty going on here, so feel free to join in the chat.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
