    Well mine isn't standard. :-)
    There are times when you canít do the sensible thing, when you canít act like a responsible adult at all; you just have to do whatever insane thing comes into your head. When bad people do it they end up murderers, when good people do it they end up heroes, and when the rest of us do it we end up looking like total idiots. But whenís that ever stopped us?

    Just to put the record straight the FB OTP and the Plus and the Vivant are MC/MM switchable.

    Ali, Tron do the Convergence as an MM only, at £900. As to the Vivant cast your mind back to MiBO when you had 'The Race' on and the Vivant was swapped in.

    Oli, the FB of Ali's was built as a fully balanced phono stage but things have progressed on the circuit design since.

    I do indeed recall but the head amp had hum problems, so it wasn't really like for like.

    No doubt the Vivant is better, just want to hear how much better. :-)

    Default Shootout seedings

    For those that know me this will come as no surprise, I've been doing TRON mods

    I've kept to simple modifications but it has elevated the performance so I would now say we have a change to the results of shootout.

    1. FB Vivant/ KIN phono section

    2= TRON

    2= FB Plus

    4. FB OTP
