Doesn't look too bad to me.

(I never get such good results with my USB microscope. What's the secret?)

If i may give a guess as to how it sounds, i'd say it picks up relatively much vinyl noise and hiss?

The reason of my suspicion is that it looks "narrow", i.e. quite worn.
It may also be by design, but it is very difficult to judge by pics like these. No offense meant, the pics are great but doesn't allow us to se the stylus quite as well as you would need.

PS A worn stylus drops down further in the groove and is in contact with the vinyl at the very tip of the diamond, where no musical information is available. (As it is engraved in the side walls of the "V" )

Whenever I've looked closely at any stylus it hasn't filled me with confidence to let it near my vinyl. Of course I have used them because mostly they have been new. How anyone can tell a good one from a bad one is beyond me. A cart with no stylus is the only dead give away.

    Likely I have bad eyes.
Still it seems to me that the magnification needs be a LOT bigger to see wear patterns with any assurances.
That piccie, while much better than the rest is simply of inadequate /magnification resolution for purpose
