    I'm Adrian.

Default Hi from Worthing West Sussex.

Hi my name is Adrian and I have always been obsessed with music and the equipment with which to reproduce it with.

Up until very recently I was using a Bang and Olufsen Beosound 3200 connected to two Beolab 6000 with built in hard drive so my cd collection was all stored on the hard drive and I have been using this set up happily for the last 15 year's. Sadly my father in law passed away last year and I have been very lucky in that I have inherited is audio equipment which consists of the following.

    Tri-Vista 300 intergrated amplifier.
    Tri-Vista 21 192 tube dac.
    Sony xa2es CD player.
Teak w-890r double auto reverse cassette deck.
    Pure digital radio tuner Dex-701es.
Running through a pair of Lumley Lampros 300 AB.
My time is now spent researching about the above and playing my cd collection.

I look forward to joining in the discussions and learning from you guys.
    Adrian

Hi Adrian, I have never heard them but the Tri-Vista stuff is said to be very good. Haven't been to Worthing for a few years now, but we are just into W Sussex so not that far. What sort of music do you listen to? I have just Googled the Lumley's, they certainly look the business.

    Hello Adrian. Welcome to AOS.

Sorry to hear about your father in law. That's a very nice selection of gear you've inherited from him.

The Lumley speakers are pretty rare and were very expensive.

Tell us what music you listen to and what future plans you may have for your system if any, like adding a turntable for records maybe?

Do join in the chat and ask any questions you may have. You'll find sections covering all aspects of audio and much on music.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Ok music where do I start................

being the youngest of five and there is nine years between my brother and me my taste is wide and varied from the Pink fairies,Wizard,Emerson Lake and Palmer,Genesis,Queen,Deep Purple,Black Sabath,ACDC,Bob Marley,The Specials,The sex Pistols,The clash,Duran Duran and anything from the eighties to present day so as you can see a big melting pot of everything.

With regards to future plans a turntable is on the horizon I cant remember the last time I played a record of my own.
