    Yeah they were crap.

I still like some of his stuff though. Really well made. Nice aesthetics. I must stress some of his stuff.

Anyway, here's the first stereo recording ever made.

This guy tried, and had a good nature to him. Definitely one of the best chaps there at doing the job the rest were supposed to be doing, and was in his element messing around with Trinnov digital effects.

If there isn't much bass the cabinet colouration isn't an issue with these and they can sound really quite good.

    Some more TechDAS and Einstein.

You don't need to be Einstein to realise the speakers were the weak point, but the bigger ones did sound OK. Just not going to blow your mind.

Tidy stuff, though. And tidy price.

Only listening through my notebook speakers...I could no more connect a computer to the hi fi than dock the lunar lander with the command module.

Lol... You mean it doesn't interest you to learn how to, not that you're not able

You really should embrace streaming though, Martin, as you're missing out not only on the superb results it's capable of, sonically (when done well, which is WAY better than many CDPs), but access to so much new and diverse music, at the moment you simply can't comprehend......

That Einstein system would give me a bloody headache just LOOKING at it, never mind listening to it!

Why does so much 'high-end' hi-fi have to be so freekin' blingy...?
