Recently one of the original Model 1 phono amps came back for servicing and upgrades, as shown here:

Now the other unit built back in 1997 has come back and is offered for sale.







One of only two original Model 1 phono amplifiers it features:

• MM riaa phono stage
• 5Y3 rectifier and choke input psu
• 6072A and ECC88 valves in the audio circuit
• Zero negative feedback
• Hard wired on ptfe sheet
• Holco resistors, silver mica riaa capacitors and Hovland MusiCaps coupling caps

It has been serviced and is available for £2,000.00 in original spec, including shipping within the UK.

or optionally it can be supplied including a full set of upgrades, including new Mundorf HV+ caps, tantalum resistors and silver wire for £2,800.00.
