    RIPPLE AND ESR?

    ...erm? (hello friends)

    does anyone know where the ripple & ESR data is available for the ELNA silmic II ?
    John Wood 6L6 Valve Amp, with:

    6L6GC Russian Original (no logo) Output Tubes 4x, supplied by J.Wood.
    ECC81 Mullard NOS Input Tubes 2x
    12AU7 (ECC82) Brimar NOS Input Tubes 2x

    Wilson Benesch Actor Loudspeakers.

    REL Stampede Subwoofer.

    Cary Audio 100t Dac.
    M2Tech Hi-Face 2 RCA USB to S/PDIF (co-axial) converter.

    many thanks for the .pdf. Just need the ESR now.

    No wonder mouser etc. don't print these Elna ripple currents, i.e. they are only half the rate of some of the panasonics, nichicons, Nippons etc.!! I imagine the ESR would be a similar story too.

    Good caps = Lowest ESR/highest ripple? (but maybe the elna 'technology' makes up for this).

    Erm.. WHY? would Mouser even Care? They are in the business of Selling.
    If one product outsells another it's Still Profit.
    Real issue with Simlics Which are best of breed... this month.. is their quite limited Uf ranges.
