What are those, Grandad?
(I'm guessing the price reflects their rarity as memerobelia as much as anything else? They'll probably never be played, right?)
Those are 3.75 i.p.s. tapes, so the sound won't be all that hot. Strictly for the for the completist with deep pockets.

I guess this is the kind of thing you might buy as an 'investment' to sell on at a profit, rather than something you'd actually play and listen to.

To be honest, I think that's a fair price for a set of 12 Beatles tapes with boxes in excellent condition. OK, they're 4 track 3.75 IPS, but you could pay a lot more for these if you had to get them separately. Anyway, how much would this set cost as decent first pressings?
No, lots of other stuff if you look. This arrived yesterday
I imagine that sounds fabulous Charlie!!

Alan,
I've had no problems at all with the quality of tapes from Sarah at Woodstockzagreb. Almost all of their tapes come on AEG bobby hubs and not NABs, so you will need a DIN platter and hub. I have just duplicated my tapes at the first play.
