Hello from me.
Hello all, my name is Richard and I work in instrumentation as a service engineer. As you can guess, I am interested in electronics, I don't pretend to understand them but I am reasonably good at copying what other people have already done. My main interest at present is portable equipment, I have nowhere free to be able to play with my full sized gear, so the portable stuff is the next best thing. Being of an older generation, I still believe in the joy of valves, not that there is anything wrong with IC's but valves are the real thing..... Again because I am older, I tend to be more focused on my preferences, Led Zep, The Nice, Pink Floyd but also a few more modern, like IQ, Nightwish and so forth.
