Default Someone to fit Paul Hynes SR7 external psu and Triple Stage Regulator Modules

Spoke to Paul yesterday and these should be with me in a week or two.

So, I'm after someone competent, a tech who will be willing to fit and install for me
and of course I'll pay for the privilege

I'm in the London area but happy to travel 50 or so miles out if need be.

Alternatively I can pay someones train fare or petrol on top of install fee to come and do the job at my place

BTW - I dont think Paul supplies instructions but i know there are some who have done this already.

    Bless
    Rob

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

    Exactly Grant,

Dimitris is probably happy and confident messing with electrical componentry, I know my limitations and the risks thereof.

I've been around the forum too many years and have the experience to know what I can do and what best to leave to someone properly competent,
this is one of those moments

Btw Andy, I remember your 'unfortunate incident' all too well

Sorry if it seemed like a suggestion to do it yourself.
I just posted because at the end of your initial post you seemed to be looking for the instructions (to give to your installer or something)

No worries Dimitris, I mentioned that for info only as I felt it likely someone might ask or expect it would come with some.

If my memory serves me right it was not a laughing matter for you or us Andy (anyone finding that funny would have to be a bit sad)
I remember thinking 'Oh no!' more than anything else.
Was glad you got it sorted in the end
