Thanks for pointing this out. My apologies. I had totally forgotten to check 'notifications' I will take a look in the next 72 hours and will certainly get back to you. As an aside, our request for suggestions - other than yours plus one other - produced no other responses whatsoever. We are still wondering what sensible conclusions can be drawn from this.
