    Default Jelco arm lowering issue

I'm wondering if anyone can offer some advice on how to sort a problem I have with my jelco sa750 please.

I've noticed that when lowering the arm seems to gently drop as normal but just before the needle touches the record the arm moves inward towards the centre of the record by a few mm before touch down. This makes cueing up difficult and annoying!

This seems to have only happened recently but I've no idea how or why. Can anyone advise what might be causing it please?

    Cheers

    Ben

Its not happening to mine, or not enough to notice. I'll check again when I next cue one up.

You've not adjusted the table at all and perhaps it isn't totally level?

Your right I've just checked the deck and it was a little low on the back left foot. Think that's sorted it, thanks!
