never was well paid for the individuals, unlike plumbers and joiners etc. It was always a bit like it was not a proper trade in this country. ulike most other places I might add who embraced their engineers and held them in high esteem.Have been doing roughly 'that' job for nigh on 30 years now, that's a 'reasonable' rate for this industry.
