    Default Chinese £8.79 pre amp

    How do they do this for £8.79 delivered. External 12v AC supply £9.

    Connected to some active speakers, my lash up just to see if it works. Soo stupidly good.

    Yes that's the one, I didn't get any hum though probably because I have adjustable gain on the active speakers, although if I'm wrong I'm sure Alan will tell me

    I still use my X10D (albeit highly modified by Rock Grotto) :-

    You can see it here on the far left, far right is the Rock Grotto Little Pinkie SE power supply for it. Let's just say this little lot cost me a fair bit more than this Chinese Job talked about here! I do have a Chinese Linear Supply though (next to the Pinkie) that supplies 15v to the SEG and 5v to a Pi/Wolfson Card SqueezeLite streamer (behind the rig). The sound though is superb and I would not be without it.
