    Default CD Transport

Some thing different, i've been down the nas route with big failures, and i'm not interested in doing it again.
i am looking for a stand alone cd transport to replace my Meridian G08:2 cdp.
My current system now stands at the following, Meridian G08:2, Devialet 400 amps, Kef Reference 203 mk2 speakers, Auralic Taurus 2 headphone amp,Sennheiser HD 800s, Auralic Aries , all cables are Chord cable signature tuned aray.
So i am after some thing to better the meridian with a budget of around £5K for the right transport.
I am looking for personal suggestions, stuff you've tried and can vouch for, not a list made from Googling.
    Thanks for youtime

Do you mean a CD player, or a CD transport to plug into the Devialet 400s?
Mana Acoustics Racks / Bright Star IsoNodes Decoupling >> Allo DigiOne Player >> Pedja Rogic's Audial Model S DAC + Pioneer PL-71 turntable / Vista Audio phono-1 mk II / Denon PCL-5 headshell / Reson Reca >> LFD DLS >> LFD PA2M (SE) >> Royd RR3s.

having had a msb transport for several years I can recommend this
    http://www.hifi-forsale.co.uk/morein...&q=msb&offset=
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down
