I've seen probably hundreds of B200 drivers Alan, but only seen one set with dud surrounds. It a rare thing.

If you manage to locate new ones, be very careful removing the old items. If the 'Plasticote' doping film on the cone overlaps the surround, it may start peeling if you disturb it. It's a bit prone to coming off anyway. This can be fixed though.

yep...it's came off both speakers....Roksan did that on purpose with the early Darius speakers..and inverted the dust caps...which is what these 100 watt drivers are going into,,,I've got the 1054's stripped ready to take the new suspensions....dust caps off...and the magnet gaps shimmed up...I've just sent an email to Holland...hopefully they will have something to fit the bill....

Hmm. I've replaced many sets of surrounds and never had to take the dust caps off or shim the coil. If you've taken the dust caps off that means the doping has been cut through. It will need to be repaired, otherwise it will start lifting off. If you get stuck sorting this, I can assist.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”
