    Default Standards are dropping

Gosh standards are dropping fast, In the mid 1980's you could purchase a 644khz sampling rate converter, also with 20-20Khz frequency response.

I suppose you might want to provide your pooch with an aural treat. Depends on whether you can get content and equipment capable of reproducing up to 45khz
