Sadly, I can no longer indulge. How I miss them!
I'm one of these wimps with a new age problem!! I have only just recovered from Christmas when I couldn't resist the mince pies at a party. It's been six weeks of stomach upsets, pain, lack of sleep and nausea.
Yup....gluten intolerance. It restricts what I can eat hugely but fortunately, we eat mostly from the garden. Slowly learning to cook without the stuff. Had the problem for a while but the reaction seems to be getting worse. I always wrote it off as in the head rubbish but no longer.
