Default Decca Super Gold on a Nottingham Ace Space 12" arm

    Hello,
Anybody that has the Ace Space 12" arm can help me ?
If you want to mount a Decca Super Gold on the Ace Space 12" arm, will you go with the Decca pod or without ?
    Thanks

Decca Pod makes a big improvement if the arm can take it. The Notts arms were designed for Decca and Pods.

Thanks Dave, so I should go with the Decca pod, right ?

Definitely. A very similar Pod was invented by Notts some 40 years ago for use with their arms. I still use them.

I sold a new, unused GB Deccapod on E-Bay just before Christmas for £20, after getting no interest here.

Dave, can you confirm that the pod can only be fitted and removed from the cart at the factory?

Not sure about the Latest but the original Notts version was a tight, slide on fit once the lid was removed. Well thought out. The GB Clamp I had was bolted on with 2 x grub screws and could be done by the user but care is needed not to over tighten. I believe the latest is similar, maybe the same.

Yes - I kicked myself for not having seen it for sale!

I've listed quite a few items on here at very low prices and had no interest at all. Those same items have all sold for much more on E-Bay.
