Yeah. I like that. Like a proper English Cheddar was when I was a kid. The nearest I can find these days is Tesco 'Really Strong' Cheddar, which is gorgeous, even has the crystallised salt. Better than any other supermarket Cheddar I've come across.Originally Posted by Ian7633
