    A really mature cheddar, the sort with the crunchy salt crystals.....hmmmm.

    Gorgonzolla with beetroot and horseradish, amazing sandwich.

    Yeah. I like that. Like a proper English Cheddar was when I was a kid. The nearest I can find these days is Tesco 'Really Strong' Cheddar, which is gorgeous, even has the crystallised salt. Better than any other supermarket Cheddar I've come across.
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
