Orange Pre-Amp

Anyone have any info regarding the old Orange Pre amplifier, one of the few amps i know nothing about but i think they were the same company as the German PA amplifiers that were famous with many rock bands back in the '70's..Plain satin black epoxy case with white text chrome rocker power switch. Tube pre...I spotted one of these in Moorgate Acoustics Rotherham, stuck on a shelf doing nothing, be about late '80's/early '90's..i fancied it but had gone by the time i got the cash together.Just bought a Manticore 'Mantra' turntable & was skinto till pay day...!!! Great this Red wine makes my memory banks come to life

Sorry, I'm not 100% certain but I think they had two. They didn't do them for long as I recall because they developed their own range which also wasn't around for long.

I'm pretty sure DSJR will remember.
