    Default New Computer Speakers

My original computer speakers went 'kaput'. They were not that expensive when new and must be 15-20 years old so did pretty well

I did a lot of research and decided on a pair of M-Audio AV42's

    Anyone else using these ?

I was torn between the AV32's and 42's but for an extra £20 went for the 42's...

    Received the AV42's

If there is any speaker that sounds like it needs running in it must be these.... rough sounding at first but gradually getting there

They are at last opening up.... I don't think I've heard a rougher sounding pair of speakers 'out of the box'... so been driving them hard'ish to get them to open up a bit....
