Is it solid enough? All home printing I've seen is not really fit for such demanding uses.

Hi, yes could be printed weak. For normal models the 'infill' would be light to speed print and reduce material cost. However the 'infill' settings can be from 'course honeycomb', to total solid. making a very rigid, dense unit, easily equal to traditional woods/plastics
Using ABS filament gives even extra strength.
Also the armboard is printed 'as drawn' with all holes ,including countersinks/bores, No drilling?

Did you get it done at work or something? Or do you actually have one of these devices at home?

Yes i have one at home, bought it for hobby when i retired, never thought I would use it for hifi equipment till I needed to fit new Jelco 750 am's to my RD40, and RD11
Was going to use acrylic as usual, but experimented with prints.Tried several densities till got to which i thought sounded best, 80% infill with 4 shells to re-enforce holes.
Normally use it to design and make clock bodies, and engineering demo products.
