Default Fatman Trinity Valve Amplifier Dock

    Hello Guys

Yes laugh away i bought one of these yesterday im wondering if their is a fault or its normal upon switching the unit off last night from running around 2 hours their was like a discharge screech from my speakers "Nothing Special" after about 15 to 20 seconds of switching the unit off do the valves need replacing or is it a capacitor fault or is it normal "which im doubting"

    Working fine otherwise...

Please advice as i know nothing about valves...?

    Thank You

It certainly doesn't sound anywhere near normal to me. I've not had any of my amps valve or otherwise do that.

It sounds more like a capacitor issue to me at first thought.

It's perfectly normal and many amplifiers do this, especially solid state ones.
