    Well all those Expensive over price wonder "upgrades" Haaaaa !

    I just got the best ever Upgrade free !! and all it took is warm water and a nurse !

    Got them there lug holes cleaned...! Jezz can hear a mouse fart from 20 yards..!

    Anyone over 50 get it done !

    Comes as a hell of a surprise.
    After I had mine done I could not believe how noisy the world had become.

    From the nurse that did mine:
    Tip head to each side when in the shower to get water in and some rubbish out of each ear.

    Can also put a drop of olive oil every month or so if you are prone to waxing up

    The modern way is with a machine under direction of a nurse. Sort of tickles as it flushes the grunge out!
    Very effective, think I may be due soon.

    Having the ears syringed / flushed with warm water is amazing. Had it once many years ago, unbelievable.
    You don't half hear the T's and S's afterwards, clarity clarity.
    GP's seem a lot more reluctant to just say yes to it these days and are quick to advise Optrex first.
    I may well try my luck and see what happens - don't ask dont get and all that
