Brilliant, seen a pen + spare tips for about 7 on Amazon. Think the tips are the pricey bit.

Where can you get isopropyl alcohol these days the old fashioned chemist shop has long gone (I used to have a 1930s chemistry experiments for boys book when I was young but when I went to Boots to buy the sulphuric acid, litmus paper etc required I wasn't very successful).

Got my fibre glass pen this week.

Marco, this really is a superb tool for cleaning valve pins. No chemicals or mess!

+1 to the pen. Had one for quite a while thanks to Marco. Works a treat.
