    Feet are now on, arm re assembled and set up to perfection. Just need to get rid of the hum.

    Straight away on the first listen it's like the TT is Alive. Didn't realise how much difference the feet could make. I never heard it with the stock feet which were sprung too.

    Looks good Oliver.

    I love those Toshibas. So underrated (so far).

    You realise you could get away with just respraying the front face of the base by the look of it, just to hide the blemish. It would be worth getting a paint specialist to mix some. Or having a good car sprayer match & spray.

    Me personally. I'd do it myself, but I'm quite handy at that sort of stuff. Not everybody is. (I've even got paint the right colour I think )
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Just needed to ruin the cosmetic appearance of my TT with super glue.

    I bought some Rivnuts and glued them into the existing holes. All went well until the gorilla gel turned to liquid and ran down the front of the TT. Other than that it was very straight forward.

    The sound is better than before. No doubt.
