The important thing is the contact area of the connection. This is likely to be greater with spade or 'banana' plug connections than it would be with the wires clamped through the holes in the binding posts.

Whatever you choose to use, I doubt very much if you would hear any difference.

Properly soldered Z plugs would be better - if you have room for them.

Yeah. I like 'Z' plugs. Great surface contact area.

They look rather good. Not seen them before. Not that I look for cranked plugs. Straight ones are OK in my system.
