Any Recumbent Riders On Here ?
I am on a mission to get fit and loose some weight so thought I'd get back on my bike....
Now while I love my Kona bike I have always had an interest in a recumbent trike... KMX trikes are not far from me and I did try out one of their trikes a few years ago and it was a complete blast!
I am trying to arrange a trial of their top range aluminium trike to see how I get on with it
I was just wondering whether anyone on here had a recumbent of any kind and what they think of it

The only recumbent activity I do is "horizontal dancing" - said to be the equivalent of a 10 mile run.
