Default Cracking Budget Speaker Cable Recommedations Please

Hi, I've been asked to recommend a good cable that doesnt cost much (budget / cheap but good is the brief I've been given).
I know there have been threads here on the subject before so a point to that would help if easier.
I remember some 4mm stuf (blue?) being cheap and highly recommended from the 'Bay in the past.
Btw, this is for same speakers as mine - Mission 752 Freedoms (not for me though as I'm very happy with the QED Silver Spiral I use )
    Cheers

Hi Robert I have had great success with van damme 4mm hifi cable professionally terminated by Mark Grant also there is a 6mm version and a 2.5mm version.
Highly recommended for budget speaker cable IMHO.

2.5mm is the cross section I'd go for as a minimum. Equipment wire in this size is fine I reckon and the fewer the strands the better is my recommendation by instinct

Nice one Peter, I'm sure this is the one I'm thinking of. There were a few other folk who rated it too, if I remember rightly.
    Thanks a lot

If the lengths are short at under about 10 metres you should be fine with the 2.5mm Van Damme Hi-Fi speaker cable or the blue series.

I have lots of it in stock usually, sometimes it sells out for a few days but generally available for next day delivery with connectors fitted if needed.

Nice one Mark, If you pm me best way for her to contact you, I'll get her to do that so she can then deal with you direct and give you details of lengths, termination etc etc
