There's only so much a small two way speaker can impress. ES14 were good, no question, but their greatness was much overstated.

they are hardly small, neither are the R852MD, very big boxes compared to my really small Epos M5i. If you have small rooms thats all that will work? I am surprised you dont see many R852MD for sale 2nd hand, MA must have sold quite a few, or maybe they just get dumped or sold at car boat salesor owners just like them and keep them?
