Mmmm...like the look of those Alan. What sort of power output are you thinking and are they based on an Air design?

Definitely based on the AIR design, probably 100W or close to.

Default A bit of a change around.

This is my first ever monoblock set-up, apart from when I repaired the Myst Gohm power amps.

I'm liking it a lot... there seems to be a greater clarity and presence to the music, or am I imagining it?

As with most things DIY it is giving a great satisfaction with having built something that performs so well.

I had to get a little creative with the heatsinking as a steel case doesn't give the same leeway as aluminium.

    The 'kit corner':

Just enjying a little Charlie Parker, bliss.

I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

Thanks Jez. Now that I have had time to listen to some well known and favourite tracks I can appreciate the additional clarity and space afforded by a dual mono or fully monoblock set-up.

Nice! Will these feature the same sound/tweaks of the AIR?
