The Mission 774SM is in an altogether different league to any Rega in my opinion. It's a very high performance arm. Just make sure the bearings are sound. Moving freely and smoothly without slack.

I know the AT440MLB has fans, but my preference would be for the Dynavector. It's probably a better match for the 774SM anyway.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

I've got a 774SM and it's a fine arm in the Ittok/Ekos league. I was using it with a Benz Wood SL so suits a decent MC. It's a Linn fit.
