Thiel CS2 2 - almost exactly the sort of speaker that I don't want in my 2nd system! - large, intrusive - that's why the Maggies are up for sale -- but I would be seriously tempted!

I've had Thiel 2.3 in my main system getting on for 10 years ago and liked them a lot - it would be fun to have the 2 2 in my 2nd system for a while.

    ... here you go, Stan.
My old Thiel 2.3 next to the Yammies which would shortly be heading Stanwards.

Those NS1000M were one of the best gifts I ever received from anyone. The cost of the delivery charge pales into insignificance compared to the amount I recuperated off the back of them. It even paid off the mortgage of my house with just one payment . Brought me luck they did. Not parting with them, ever.

Ye gods - the Maggies are still here.

Swaps considered for another pair of speakers - p/x with a bit of cash either way?

How about a nice trip to Wales, Stan? I wouldn't mind those Thiels of yours.

I've got the smaller version of these the MG1.2QR, best speakers I've ever owned, wish my room was big enough for the 1.6 version. Sure anyone buying these would be very happy.

You need another pair of Tannoys Jerry, in a better cab than those Lancasters you had.

    Aye - it was close!
Shirley nearly had to ride home on the roof.

You managed to get them out OK?
