Blimey, forgot the Quad ESL57's, ESL63's, Spendor BC1's, BC2's and LS3/6, JR149's, memory must be failing, better make sure that will is handy for the beneficiaries.

Hmm. Still debating whether to flog one of my ZYX R100 MC's and maybe a nice Fidelity Research FRT-3 SUT. 50/50 chance I think. I'm pondering.

that reminds me I still need another signature on mine... not that I have much but because of some stupid legalities I will need one (pun intended)

no idea about probate etc... no doubt it involves the court, and a lawyer picking your pocket lol

Like to try one against my Gullwing SLR :-)

I know. There will be a cull of sorts. Not sure how extensive though.

The workshop is still being sorted, but it shouldn't be too long before I get set up. Assuming I feel up to it. Bit rough at the mo.

I've got what virtually amounts to a third system in boxes around the place (CDP, speakers, preamp and power amp) plug a bag full of 'spare' interconnects. Not for investment, just stuff that's accumulated over time. I'll probably keep the spare CDP and offload the rest. We've just embarked on a major de-clutter, so now's probably a good time to do so.

Some of the vintage hifi I use now changes hands for considerable sums of money but that's not why I bought it

I've a ton of hi-fi junk but the only bit I have that is going up in value are my SL1200 turntables.

I bought a second one because when I bought the first they discontinued them and prices were going up quickly so I got another as a spare. So I'm not actually keeping it for investment purposes but it is technically (ho ho) an appreciating asset.
    Current Lash Up:
