    All dacs look the same to me : a rectangular box (black/silver) with a couple of lights and -sometimes- a volume control.
    In fact, I use dacs to listen to music, not to look at them. Strange, eh ?

    Thats odd Demitri cos i know & i'm sure a lot do that hi-fi is a joke so i now buy something well made that looks good, nothing else.

    I'm offski had about as much as i can take on this forum to be honest.This place reminds me very much of another where everyone has the same product

    There no "enormous" differences between well made dacs, that's a fact for me.
    A seriously designed dac sounds always good, and putting £1000 or £2000 more usually brings nothing much, if anything (compared to the differences between mastered versions of records, for instance).
    There're better ways of spending one's money than on dacs, nowadays : and the situation can only get better as years pass by, imho.
