Nice system, Alan. I like the cabin room also. We have one as well in our garden. They come in very handy!!

After the kids flew the nest we down sized and the noise may have been too much for my neighbours, so I had this log cabin built at the end of the garden, it's 4m x 5m and just right for me, my system, my records and a small bar.

It's fully insulated with that Kingspan stuff, floor and ceiling, thick rubber underfelt and electric heating, it's quite cosy on a cold evening.

It has a dedicated consumer unit, ring mains for sockets and lighting, the socket for the system is a 6mm spur/radial line which I had cryo'd before installation.

    cheers Al

Alan could you tell me the weight of your turntable clamp. I have been looking at those on the Bay,but they don't give a weight only size. thanks

Hi Dave, 280gramms, record clamp on ebay £22, to be honest I cannot hear any difference with or without, I just feel good using it, the weight may have an effect on suspension or belt position on a suspended deck, but not on a 124.
