I completely agree. Although it's funny, in certain circumstances you can still get a glimpse of the the fun-loving girl inside the po-faced, moody old mare. Maybe it's not entirely their own fault. The world has all sorts of different ways to grind us down, it can happen without you even noticing.

couples who really wanted kids are usually fine, and although the take their responsibilities seriously, can still enjoy themselves, just because this is where they wanted to be.
the problems arise when 1 or both of them weren't really wanting it that much, or are not keen to be all they can be, parents wise and it becomes a chore, rather than the joy, which it should be(mostly)
