Good kit, sadly the days of heads and cabs are behind me. Lightweight and powerful combos is where it's at for those with back injury.

A bass player mate of mine swears by his Orange valve head and cab. I agree it does sound wonderful.
One of these days... I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

Not had a go on it yet. The mate who loaned it to me also has a vey impressive collection of rare guitars, but he's a lefty so they're no use to me.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

I'm sure he has. That amp isn't a toy so he'd be pretty serious about his guitars.

    With guitar

Proper rock and roll. I'm even worse than I remember being but it is more than ten years since I last hooked a guitar up to an amp.

Superb combo. I play through a Vox Valvestate which is stunning. I bet the Orange really shakes the house. Gotta love a big stack.

It is seriously loud. I only tried it for a minute or two at full blast, I don't want the neighbours calling the police. Plus my playing sounds like the guitar is lying on the floor and the dog is walking on it. Got to give it back on Saturday anyway. Prob for the best.
