Any of Neil Finn's solo efforts, or the album he did with his brother called "Finn". All incredibly well recorded and very nice albums.

Nina Nastasia's "Dogs" is wonderful - one of my favourite albums in years.

Low's "Things we lost in the fire" - Really organic, live sounding album with close mic'ed counterpoint male/female vocals that will send shivers down your spine.

Just a few off the top of my head.
