    I tried the Fiscal on my Sonos Connect for a week and it killed the sound, flat, lifeless, boring. Changing back to coax with a 20yr old DPA cable restored the sound to something more acceptable.
    Maybe glass optical cables sound better?
    I had similar results with a toslink digital connection. Settled for AES/EBU for a much better presentation.

    Best digital connection I've heard is a transformer coupled 75 Ohm BNC to 75 Ohm BNC.
    By quite a large bit actually.

    Did the glass optical thing, even the high end USB thing and I keep coming back to this.
    Decided to trust my gut, got the best cable I could afford and have never looked back.
